Stage of 90-day Report
Below process should be completed by teachers
This is required to report your current address and other personal details.
90-day reporting is also a separate requirement for visa renewal.
You must report within 7 days before, or 7 days after, your 90-day period expires.
90 days reporting is one of the simplest immigration procedures:
- Fill out form TM. 47 with complete details, and submit it together with your passport. (No copies of passport pages or passport size photos required if you report in person) Teachers can also notify immigration of 90 days check, by an authorized person to report on behalf of him/her.

If a foreigner leaves the Kingdom during the 90 days period, no need to do 90 days report, the day count will restart from the date of entry.

Important information
- The notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days is in no way equivalent to a visa extension.
- If a foreigner staying in the kingdom over 90 days without notifying the Immigration Bureau or notifying the Immigration Bureau later than the set period, a fine of 2,000/- Baht will be collected. If a foreigner who did not make the notification of staying over 90 days is arrested, he will be fined 4,000 baht.
- If a foreigner leaves the country and re-enters, the day count starts at 1 in every case.
